Digital delivery policy

What is delivered

Your purchase supplies 2 or 5 individual GridyNotch license keys, according to the selected pack. The installer is a downloadable macOS DMG. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, delivery addresses or physical return requirements.

When keys arrive

After the backend verifies captured payment, your keys are made available on the protected order-status page and queued for email to the address used at checkout. Email delivery is normally expected within 15 minutes of confirmation, but provider delays can occur. Keep the order-status tab open until you have saved your keys, and check your spam folder. An authorization or pending payment is not a completed purchase.

If confirmation or email is delayed, use Check status before submitting another payment. If your keys have not arrived within 24 hours of captured payment, contact support with the purchase email and payment reference. We will investigate delivery or help with an eligible refund.

Installer and activation

Download only from the official download link. The public release is signed and notarized before it is offered here. Copy GridyNotch from the DMG to Applications, launch it, and enter a different key on each Mac. First activation requires internet access. After activation, the signed receipt supports perpetual offline use. macOS 14 or later and Accessibility access are required; supported hardware is shown with the release.

Updates and recovery

All future GridyNotch updates are included with your license, regardless of version. Download and install a newer official release when available; retain your Keychain and saved app data to preserve activation and settings. If you lose your keys or replace a Mac, contact support to verify purchase ownership and arrange recovery. There is no need to buy another pack just because an email is delayed.
