GridyNotch is downloadable macOS window-management software. It requires macOS 14 or later and Accessibility permission. Check the release page for supported Mac hardware. Apple Developer membership or notarization does not mean Apple endorses the product.

One-time pricing

Personal includes 2 individual license keys. Ultimate includes 5 individual license keys. The first 100 paid orders across both packs cost USD $1.99 for Personal or USD $4.99 for Ultimate. After those 100 orders, Personal costs USD $4.99 and Ultimate costs USD $9.99. Repeat purchases count as separate orders. Prices are total pack prices, not prices per key.

There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The confirmed checkout shows the exact amount and currency before payment. Any applicable charge collected by us is included in that confirmed total. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees separately.

Limited launch offer

A displayed launch quote is not a reserved place. Availability is checked when a payment is authorized. If all launch places are claimed before your authorization is accepted, the payment will not be captured and no keys will be issued for that attempt. Your bank may show a temporary debit or hold until its reversal is completed. Check the protected order status and reversal before creating another payment. No higher amount will be charged without your agreement.

Orders whose payment capture is uncertain remain pending while the provider is checked. A refund does not reopen a launch place that was already used by a paid order.

Payment, delivery and cancellation

Razorpay processes payments. An authorization or browser success message alone is not proof of a completed purchase. Keys are issued after server-side verification of captured payment. Delivery is digital, as described in the delivery policy. You may leave checkout before completing payment; closing the browser does not cancel a payment already submitted.

The 14-day refund policy applies to completed purchases. If you receive a refund, stop using the keys and app copies licensed by that order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

License and updates

Each key may be activated once on one Mac. Normal launches and safe retries on the same activation do not use another key. Activation requires internet access; the activated app supports perpetual offline use. All future GridyNotch updates are included, regardless of version number, without another license purchase. This does not promise a particular feature schedule or compatibility with every future operating system. See the license policy for replacement and recovery.

Support, changes and rights

Use the contact page for purchase, technical, privacy or refund requests. Do not send card details, passwords or full license keys in a support message. Policy changes will be dated and will not retroactively remove the rights included in an existing purchase.

The software may be affected by changes in macOS and other applications. No promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation is made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence.
